Here are some quick fixes for common issues.
Pages not loading or looking broken
Clear your browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) and clear cached images and files
Try a different browser: If you're using Safari, try Chrome or Firefox (or vice versa)
Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere with checkout or product pages
Payment not going through
Check that your card details are entered correctly, including the expiry date and CVV
Make sure your card is approved for online transactions (some banks require you to enable this)
Try a different payment method if available
If you see a 3D Secure authentication screen from your bank, complete the verification to proceed
Product images not loading
This is usually a slow connection issue. Try refreshing the page or switching from mobile data to WiFi.
