I'm Having Trouble With the Website

Here are some quick fixes for common issues.

Pages not loading or looking broken

  • Clear your browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) and clear cached images and files

  • Try a different browser: If you're using Safari, try Chrome or Firefox (or vice versa)

  • Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere with checkout or product pages

Payment not going through

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly, including the expiry date and CVV

  • Make sure your card is approved for online transactions (some banks require you to enable this)

  • Try a different payment method if available

  • If you see a 3D Secure authentication screen from your bank, complete the verification to proceed

Product images not loading

This is usually a slow connection issue. Try refreshing the page or switching from mobile data to WiFi.
