I Haven't Received My Order

We're sorry your order hasn't arrived. Let's work out what's happened.

Check these first

  1. Check your tracking: Open the dispatch email and click the tracking link. The parcel may be at a local delivery depot or with a neighbour.

  2. Check the expected timeframe: Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Tracked 48 takes 2-3 working days. If you ordered a handmade item, allow an extra 1-2 days for preparation.

  3. Check your delivery address: Log in to your account and make sure the address on your order is correct.

It's past the expected delivery date

If your order is overdue, get in touch with us. We'll open an investigation with Royal Mail and either resend the item or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.

My parcel arrived damaged

If the outer packaging is damaged, check the contents straight away. Email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll replace the item or refund you immediately.
