How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking number.

To track your order

  1. Check your email (including spam/junk) for a message from Peakcrafts with the subject "Your order has been dispatched"

  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or go to the Royal Mail tracking page and enter your tracking number

  3. If your order contains handmade items, you may receive a separate tracking email for those items

I haven't received a tracking email

If it's been more than 2 working days since you placed your order and you haven't received a dispatch email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct

  • Get in touch with us and we'll look into it for you
