How to return an item
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
We'll send you a returns label by email
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
Drop it at your nearest Royal Mail collection point
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Let us know when you email us and we'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference.
Handmade items
Because our handmade pieces are crafted individually by Peak District makers, each one is unique. We're happy to accept returns on handmade items, but please note that an exchange may not be identical to the original piece.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or full refund straight away. You won't need to return the damaged item.
